Acknowledgements: The undersigned parties agree that, in exchange for the above referenced fees and costs, Reverend Keith Chesterman will officiate at the wedding ceremony designed and described by the parties herein. The parties further acknowledge this Agreement and the attached engagement letter set forth the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein. No change, amendment, or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless set forth in a written instrument signed by all parties. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.
